Are you available on our event date?

Do you play for ceremonies/receptions/luncheons?
Yes. If you’re interested in music for any of those events visit my Tentative Booking section.
What sort of things do you play?
I play all styles of music. For weddings and related events my clients typically like to hear classical, brazilian, flamenco, jazz, and fingerstyle guitar. Please visit my Repertoire list for specifics.
Do you play outside?
Yes. Given that I am using wooden instruments and electricity I require adequate shelter from inclement weather. I will also need access to a power supply.
Do you take requests?
Yes. Guitar arrangements can be simple to complex depending on the original song. These arrangements sometimes take a while to put together but often result in an extra special, personal version of your chosen song. Generally, I will start arranging a couple months prior to the date of your event.
Do you play dancing music?
For more upbeat and high-energy dancing I may be able to bring along accompanying musicians depending on scheduling. I work alongside an amazing wedding DJ business called Music & Memories. It is quite common to have live music for the evening and then let loose with some crazy dancing at the end. For the lighter dancing, such as first dances, I can do an arrangement of any song you would like. I will need advanced notice to accommodate you in either case.
Can you provide other instrumentalists?
Yes. depending on what kind of music and setlist you require, I can also provide another vocalist, additional guitar, Bass, Percussion (drums). This service would come at an extra rate, which can be discussed.
How long does it take you to setup?
It generally takes me 10 to 20 minutes depending largely on how long it takes to carry the equipment from the vehicle to the performance area.
Do you have any requirements?
Yes. Easy access to electrical points and bottled water.
Are you able to perform in multiple locations?
Yes. This requires extra take-down and setup time which should be considered.
Can your services be spread out over the day?
It’s best to have services and sets back to back. Hours that I would otherwise be working can add up quickly. Depending on circumstance, an extra charge and a meal would be added to the booking.
How can we pay and do you need a deposit?
A 50% deposit is needed to confirm booking which can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or in person with cash/check/card. Once the date is booked I will send you an e-mail confirming the booking. You may pay at anytime before the celebrations begin. If you desire time in addition to the agreed upon amount you will be responsible to pay the amount agreed upon beforehand.
